Cobalequin Directions:

Give Cobalequin by mouth.

Chewable tablets can be crumbled or crushed for easier administration.

Consult your veterinarian for recommended duration of use.

Tip: Always provide fresh drinking water for your pet.

(<22 lbs) : 1 chewable tablet per day.

22-100 lbs: 1 chewable tablet per day.

Over 100 lbs: 2 chewable tablets per day.

Main Ingredients

Cats and Small Dogs (<22 lbs)

Each Chewable Tablet Contains:

Cyanocobalamin 250 µg

5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF) 50 µg

Medium and Large Dogs (22 lbs and Over)

Each Chewable Tablet Contains:

Cyanocobalamin 1,000 µg

5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF) 175 µg

Other Ingredients: Hydrolyzed chicken flavor, microcrystalline cellulose and silicon dioxide.
